Led development of the strategy, structure and Case for Support for one of Australia’s largest arts capital campaigns.

Worked closely with leadership to shape a compelling, fundable proposition, establish campaign architecture and build a major donor pipeline. This included developing and negotiating the landmark $20m philanthropic gift from the Lang Walker Family Foundation.

Advised on the establishment of the Sydney Cricket Ground Foundation, including governance, positioning and strategic purpose.

Developed a funding strategy to support a major new component of the precinct, bringing together philanthropy, corporate partnerships and broader stakeholder engagement to enable long-term investment.

Working with CMRI to prepare for a $50m capital campaign to deliver a new Gene Technologies Building.

This includes shaping the Case for Support, developing the donor pipeline and campaign strategy, and positioning the project to attract investment from government, philanthropy and corporate partners.
