In 2018, Opera Australia's sponsorship portfolio lacked a banking partner. Yvonne's work over a 12-month period - from potential partner identification, relationship cultivation, pitching and negotiating - resulted in the signing of a six-figure multi-year corporate sponsorship deal between HSBC and Opera Australia.

The Powerhouse Parramatta $75m Capital Campaign is one of the largest arts Capital Campaigns ever undertaken in Australia. In 2020, Yvonne developed the Campaign strategy, team structure and resourcing, Case for Support and donor pipeline. By the end of the Campaign's first year, Yvonne secured a $10m partnership with Western Sydney University.

The 2021 Lang Walker Family Foundation philanthropic gift of $20 million to Powerhouse Parramatta is one of the largest ever to an Australian arts institution. Yvonne was instrumental in developing the ground-breaking proposal for the Family and brokering the discussion to reach the unprecedented outcome.

Considered by Credit Suisse as one of its most successful arts sponsorships of any around the world, the SSO-Credit Suisse partnership was delivered and continually renewed at higher investments by Yvonne.

During Yvonne's five-year tenure leading the SSO's philanthropy function (2013-2017), she grew all areas of philanthropic income for the company, especially in gifts above $25,000, leading to a 122% increase in the SSO's philanthropy income over that period.

Through her ongoing advocacy and communications strategy to the NSW Government on behalf of the Sydney Symphony, Yvonne secured a significant three-year grant in 2016 from the NSW Government for the Orchestra's regional touring program, ensuring the sustainability of the program.
